A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, Byron’s leadership foundation was forged through command-level assignments and multiple deployments in support of operations in Iraq, where he was responsible for synchronizing logistics, personnel, and mission execution in high-stakes environments. He is a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal, reflecting leadership and impact under demanding operational conditions.

He has directed and synchronized operations across enterprises exceeding 20,000 personnel, delivering measurable gains in performance, efficiency, and organizational readiness. His leadership is defined by an ability to bring structure to complexity—aligning people, processes, and resources to achieve mission-critical outcomes in dynamic environments.
