Dr. C. Victor Herbin III is a leadership scholar, executive advisor, and founder of LTUI. He is the author of Organizational Arrogance and creator of the OA framework and assessment scale.
A retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, he led organizations of 500+ personnel, supported systems of 40,000, and managed $50M+ budgets across battalion command, Pentagon, and White House assignments.
He served in multiple deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and is a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal.
He holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and serves as a senior executive coach developing leaders across sectors.
As Founder and CEO of LTUI, he ensures strategy is grounded in original thought leadership and executed at enterprise scale.
