With a master’s degree in education and instructional technology and more than 18 years of experience, she brings strategic insight, instructional structure, and creative design to leadership development and organizational learning. Her work connects strategy to application so learning can be understood, practiced, and implemented.
Her expertise spans leadership development, emotional intelligence, instructional strategy, and scalable learning architecture across government, corporate, and entrepreneurial environments. She is known for designing programs that move beyond information delivery and build reflection, engagement, and measurable growth.
